STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE 

With our standard delivery service, we aim to deliver all the processed orders within 2 weeks and sooner where possible. This does not include bed assembling. We will however keep you informed throughout the process therefore please make sure we have your correct contact details (Valid Mobile Number).

 

We use third party courier who will contact you for scheduled delivery time. Delivery times are between 6am-8pm. You will be given a time slot 1 day before the day of your delivery. On the day of delivery you will receive a call on the number provided one hour before arrival Please Note - Deliveries are to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY (subject to any access or health and safety limitations).

This service is offered Free of Charge and covers all our beds and mattresses. If

you have any specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.

Please Note: If we have tried to deliver to you once free of charge and for any reason you miss the delivery date/time,  it will result in a charge of £50 . we will attempt to deliver again on another date however this will concur a fee.

SALES PERIOD OR UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Please note if there are any delays, you will be notified by the driver. We shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed. We endeavour to meet all estimated delivery times, however, very occasionally there may be delays due to busy periods such as seasonal sales as well as postal/carrier delays, traffic delays, logistics and/or bad weather conditions. We will not be held liable for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any causes beyond our and our Delivery Partners’ reasonable control.

In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the couriers, we will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.
