CANCELATIONS

All beds are made to order cancellation only within 24 hours.

​

If you wish to make any changes to your order, it must be done within the 24 hour cooling off period. Again this must be written or verbal communication.

RETURNS 

​

All our beds are bespoke , made to order items therefore non returnable. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on beds or mattresses simply unwanted or as a change of mind. Once the 24 hour cooling off period has passed, you will not be able to cancel. 

​

It is your responsibility to make sure that the product will fit all stairs, passages, doors, etc. until it reaches the room where you will keep it. Also make sure there will be enough space for the (assembled) product to fit in that room. 

​

It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us VIA email, phone call or social media if you are un-sure of sizing and dimensions. If you are un-sure of colour and material, you have the option to purchase fabric samples before buying the bed. We do not offer refunds/exchanges if you are unhappy with the bed colour or material as it is your responsibility to select the correct one at the checkout. we shall not be held responsible for any variation of the same nor have any liability.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

Upon receiving your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. The customer shall carefully examine the goods upon delivery and shall notify us of any shortages or defects reasonably discoverable upon careful examination. Such notification shall be made in writing must be received by the company within 24 hours, commencing with the date of delivery.

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty due to manufacture fault please notify us by call or email and we WILL exchange or refund this for you  within 10 working days provided the buyer adheres to the clauses below. The buyer must notify us by email or call within 1 day of receiving the damaged items alongside proof of purchase and provide photographic evidence. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period.

All beds are sold for self assembly, before assembly or contracting any third parties to assemble, please check all fittings/components parts are present as no liability can be taken for additional costs incurred due to missing/damaged items or parts.

WARRANTY

​

Manufacturers Warranty 1 year

With all of our products you will also secure a free one years manufacturers warranty. This warranty starts from the day of delivery. However, some exclusions do apply.
